Q: What are you feeding the fish while in QT

A: We feed all of our fish PE Mysis and Spectrum Pellets twice a day, for our Herbivorous fish we also include Nori into their diet as well.

Q: What salinity do the fish ship in?

A: All of our fish ship in a salinity of 1.025

Q: How long does it take to get my fish

A: On average once an order is place it take us 1-5 days to source the fish. Once we have the fish it goes into QT. The entire process form placing the order to receiving your fish usually takes 2-4 weeks. 

Q: Are the "Available" fish on your site ready to ship?

A: No, available means that the fish are currently available for us to bring in, but most of the time we do not pick up the fish until an order is place. This way fish are never sitting in Medications longer than needed. 

Q: Do you have any guarantee policies?

A: We only guarantee the fish though our QT, and shipping. Once your fish arrive alive and go into your tank we are no longer responsible for the fish. If a fish arrives DOA (Dead on arrival) and you message us photos of the fish still in the bag we will issue you a Gift Card for the price of the fish for you to order a replacement. 

Q: What is I want to order a fish that is not on the site?

A: If you are looking for a fish that is not currently listed on the site please send us an email info@marinecollectors.com or message us though our contact from with the fish you are looking for and we will let you know both the availability and price for those fish.

Q: How do you ship the fish?

A: We ship FedEx Priority Over Night and the fish will usually arrive at your doorstep by 12:00pm next day.

Q: How do I know when my fish will ship?

A: We never send out fish unless we have confirmed with you first. When your fish are finished with QT you will receive a phone call from our administrative assistant who will confirm a shipping day with you.
