Fish are specially ordered for customers and not "off the shelf" items.
- Please research thoroughly the marine life you are interested in. Understand its dietary and care needs, as well as any aquarium requirements.
- Make sure you are 100% committed to this fish!
- Ensure your tank is a safe space for this particular fish, and consider potential aggression between tank-mates.
Marine Collectors provides the service of acclimating, conditioning, and quarantining hand-picked fish that are acquired and inspected by our husbandry experts.
Once a fish is sourced, it must be taken.
We do not issue refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or indulge in any form of buyer's remorse.

You can contact us by email for assistance in understanding particular fish needs and how best to stock your aquarium. Our Education section has videos and articles on different species, Fishkeeping and quarantine. Please feel free to use these resources.
All Fish Happens! (DOA) credit is valid for 1 year from the issued date. The full balance must be used by the expiration date.
Shipping
- Marine Collectors does not issue shipping refunds
- If you would like to add fish to an existing order to reduce shipping costs, you must contact us directly within five days of placing the original order and we will edit your order for you.
- Please do not place a second order then ask to be refunded shipping costs.
