Shipping Policy
All of our orders ship with FedEx Overnight Shipping. This is to ensure your fishy friends arrive as quickly and safely as possible.
We expertly pack our fish for their voyage, so that even if delays happen your fish can still arrive safely. This is why we have some of the best shipping success rates in the industry.
We do understand that shipping delays and broken boxes can happen. That's why we have our Fish Happens! policy.
All orders have a flat rate shipping cost of $80. If the items in your order total over $499 (excluding tax) then your order ships for free!
Just the Fish! and Conditioned Fish orders will ship once the order is ready.
MC Standard Quarantine Protocol Fish take more time, so we will contact you when they are ready to schedule shipping and delivery.
Collectors Chamber fish and Signature Fish (Copperbands, Moorish Idols, Regal Angels, Dr. Seuss fish, and Achilles Tangs) will ship within the week of the order date.
Once an order ships you will receive a confirmation email with carrier tracking information.
Weather conditions: In the case of unsafe temperatures or extreme weather conditions we will contact you prior to shipping to redirect your package to a temperature-controlled FedEx Ship Center, or hold off on shipping until extreme weather conditions/warnings improve to avoid delays.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup at our Torrance, CA location by appointment only.
Monday - Thursday
12pm - 5:00pm
We ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays.
Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday.
