Marine Collector's was founded by owner and CEO, Elliot Lim. After years of mastering his hobby, he decided to open his own shop dedicated to providing superior quality marine life.
Elliot has been obsessed with marine fish for two decades; designing, installing and maintaining both reef and fish only aquaria. He is an expert in fish care, disease, ornamental fish biology, diagnostics, and is most known for his mastery and teaching of quarantine procedures.
Our team members have all trained under Elliot and he oversees all operations.
Marine Collectors is born from a passion for marine life that guides our methods and practices, prioritizing the health and wellbeing of marine pets.
Our Methods
Hand-picked to order, that's what we do. When we say each fish is hand-picked, we truly mean it. We walk the isles of multiple import facilities daily to pick the best fish from the best places.
Fish are only a short 20 minute drive away to our facility where they are acclimated, conditioned, and quarantined. Our systems and protocols are built off extensive research and experience. Over the decades, working with vast quantities of marine life, we've refined our understanding of what fish need to thrive.
