In the extremely unlikely event that the fish arrives DOA, you will not receive a replacement or refund, but you will receive a store credit for the amount of the fish that can be used on a future purchase.***
Notes: These fish underwent a specialized protocol that differs from our standard procedure. Upon arrival these fish were put into chloroquine phosphate at .06mg/gal for 48 hours. Then moved to a dedicated system with copper @ 2.55ppm with nitrofurazone, metronidazole, and kanamycin. They were Formalin dipped on days 1 and 5 for 35 min at 1ml/gal. These clowns are currently done with quarantine and ready to ship!
